Occupational Health, Safety Policy

At RGC, Environmental, Health and Safety is more than a priority, it’s a Core Value. Excellent EHS performance is achieved through culture, leadership, innovation, and robust systems.

Our approach to EHS is two-fold.

First, we work diligently to maintain safe and environmentally responsible conditions in the workplace. Secondly, we have created a values-based culture that drives performance by shaping the mindset and safe behavior of our personnel. In this culture of Care & Concern for the individual, we have formed an interdependent safety culture where everyone is accountable through personal leadership. The expectation is that we will all work safely and assist in the protection of others by constructive engagement.
Each person at RGC is responsible for their part in the implementation and adherence to established EHS policy, management systems, processes, procedures, work methods, and controls that enable safe and environmentally friendly workplace conditions.
This two-fold approach of robust systems and responsible behavior is essential to our success. This approach is critical to the success of our customers and other stakeholders. Everyone benefits by keeping our workforce safe and productive while limiting impact to cost, schedule and business reputation. We continue to receive recognition for our safe and environmentally responsible performance

Environmental Management Policy

RGC recognizes that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. The policy aims to:
